We have learnt that over the last few years the present trustees under the control and management of Michael Byrne (Swami Anand Jayesh), John Andrews (Swami Amrito), Darcy O’Byrne (Swami Yogendra aka Anand Raj) and present management team (hereof collectively rererred to as Management Team) made many attempts to monopolize and commercialize Osho’s vision in a number of ways, both in the Pune commune, as well as around the world.

Hence we are creating this platform for Osho’s disciples and friends to put their voice before the applied law enforcement agencies. We have initiated a legal process in which few members of the said management team shall be held responsible for their unfulfilled fundamental obligations towards the Osho community.

We have already taken one step in this direction by filing various Application, Civil and Criminal Suits as well as Civil and Criminal Writ Petition in various forums and courts.

We would prefer it if the said management teams were to respond to our grievances and resolve differences agreeably, rather than through legal means – something that would be tedious, unpleasant and costly. However, we have found that so far our requests to discuss and resolve disagreements amicably have been consistently turned down by the arrogant management team members; hence we are left with no option but to take this to a court of law.

We hope that once again Osho Samadhi and Osho’s Work in Pune, India and internationally will expand as per Osho’s wish and we will celebrate together under one roof!
