Osho never made anyone his successor. He never made a Will.
However after 23 years of Osho’s leaving body (his physical demise) a Will had popped up from Osho International Foundation, Zurich ! (Hereof OIF)
This forged Will was produced by attorney of OIF, Zurich Philip Talkies aka Swami Prem Niren. Philip Talkies in his second witness statement before the office of the Office for “Harmonization in the Internal Market” at Avenida de Europa, 4, 03080 Alicante, Spain on June 4, 2013. Along with his Second Supplemental Witness Statements, Philip Talkies had annexed a “True Copy” of a document called “Last Will & Testament of Osho”. The clause No. 24-25 and 26 he had categorically admitted, saying that this document is copy of the Original of Osho’s Will.

When OIF, Zurich was exposed in India in May 2013, that they are holding defective rights over Osho’s IPR, they choose to forge Osho’s Will. The defective holding of OIF Zurich is detailed in our IPR section on this website.
When we knew that a Will has surfaced 23 years after Osho’s leaving body, we and some friends in Europe had got the alleged Will examined by document experts. All the reports had confirmed that the signature of Osho on the Will is not signed by Osho signature but, it had been scanned and super embossed on a stamp paper. Thus the signature on the Will had been scanned from a letter written by Osho in the year 1976. <Link 4> This letter is also super embossed on the cover jacket of one of a book of Osho known as Yoga: the Alpha & the Omega, Volume V (Five).
In furtherance, after receiving the reports of the document examiners, an under Indian Penal Code had been filed in the Koregaon Park Police Station Pune, India. The FIR No.149/2013 registered on 8.12.2013 under Sections 465, 467, 471, 120(B) of I.P.C. in connection of offences committed by accused persons for forging Will of Osho, who are as under:

Whereas, during the hearing taking place in respect of the said Writ Petition, the Hon’ble High Court of Bombay has assigned Enforcement Directorate to investigate about the illegal transfer of General Assignment of Copyrights outside India.
On the basis of this illegal transfer of Copyrights the members of OIF Zurich are further manipulating the royalties which is rightfully belonging to the non profitable charitable foundations. Actually, these royalties are not credited to the Trust however, it is being siphoned off in the private accounts of the OIF trustees.
The forgery of Osho’s Will and committing criminal breach of trust has become the habit of the accused persons who are on the board of OIF, Zurich and Mumbai.
